Name, phone number, and details you choose to share about the care situation, when you submit our enquiry form, call, or message us on WhatsApp. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) once you accept cookies via the banner on this site.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your care enquiry, to route your enquiry to the right team member, and, if you consent separately, to show you relevant ads on other platforms. We do not sell your data.

Consent

Submitting the enquiry form requires an affirmative, unticked-by-default checkbox. Tracking cookies beyond essential, cookieless analytics load only after you accept the banner on this site.

Retention

Default retention of data is 24 months from last contact; data can be deleted on a user's request, see below

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data or stop contacting you at any time. Withdrawal is as simple as giving consent: reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email our grievance officer below.
